I was concerned I might need to claim it as a loss but Mr. Paige deduced the problem, tracked its every whereabout, the exact problem, and had it tracked directly to the post office. I had it the very next day! It was like magic. I truly didn’t expect so much from a post office. Many times you leave disappointed. Thank you for your incredible service and your help, Mr. Paige!

I pulled out my phone's notepad to quickly verify the address I had hand-written on the envelope. The clerk snatched my mail away, wrongly accused me of taking photos, and refused to look when I tried to show her my screen to prove it was just a text note. Instead of letting me double-check my own sensitive documents, she just said "you don't need to check" and rudely yelled "Next!" to dismiss me. I am incredibly disappointed by how dismissive and rude this interaction was.
