- SSSteveJan 16, 20261.0The absolute worst!!! They close before 6 PM or the employees tell me that the counter is already closed before 6 PM when it clearly states that they’re Supposed to be open till 6 PM. Zero customer service They barely speak proper English at a government facility way to go
- AIAida IsmailovaDec 22, 20251.0I would put zero if I could. The service is terrible, no help about any information. Also, the lady that delivers mail to W Lake Ave is the rudest in the world. My young son wanted to say Merry Xmas to her and she snapped at us that she is busy and people should never speak to them, shouting in a very loud voice inside our building. This is not acceptable and highly unprofessional.
- SASami AbdulJan 18, 20241.0The staff here has no consideration for customers what so ever. Have been to this location 3 times now to get finger prints scanned. I was sent off first time after being the only customer in line saying that an appointment is required, even when the document I had clearly stated that I can walk in. The second time when I booked an appointment I was returned saying that there is no bar code on the appointment application. I showed the original email to the staff and asked him to enter the confirmation number on the screen to which he completely denied and asked me to call usps support and get the appointment with bar code. Every time I visited this place it was a nightmare and felt racially profiled. The staff here needs to be trained about customer service.

Never have the same mail carrier, I have had to follow the delivery truck around to get packages that where not delivered only to find that they have been misplaced on the truck. USPS tracking often showing packages out for delivery but to be rescheduled for unknown reasons...Poor customer service at the actual facility. They need more consistent reliable better trained staff.
