  Would not take my Amazon return even though it clearly could fit in the return box they set up. They clearly just wanted to close early for something that took 2 minutes. Even said ‘ I think Amazon is down’ …. As they are finishing an Amazon return right in front of me. Meanwhile a phone was ringing none stop and they were ignoring it. super depressing don’t go here

  Staples in Glenview now has these huge bins of stuff that they’re giving away for free practically on Thursdays it’s a bizarre pile of over 1000 items every week even lots of clothes and kids toys. It looks like they tried to become the marketplace like Walmart did copy and Amazon these bins have items that on Sunday are down to $10 an item and each day drops two dollars less so on Thursdays each item is two dollars. I don’t know what the return policy is on these items.

  I went there to return an Amazon package and they were not taking them due whatever reason. It shouldn’t allow users to pick this location if they’re not taking the packages. It wasted my time.

  I came in for an Amazon return and the employee assisting me today this morning was unnecessarily rude over me not having the box taped for an item that did not require a box or label. Her tone and attitude made what should’ve been a quick interaction uncomfortable for no reason. If this is considered acceptable customer service, management should seriously reconsider who they place in customer-facing positions. She was working as a cashier and returns stating that so this can be addressed to her specifically.

  Came in to get purchase 15 balloons for a retirement party and this lady has to be the most miserable person. Stood by the counter for 10mins she finally came over and goes u have to pay first. Okay no problem. Go over to the counter pay walk over and hand them to her. She said tou want all these filled (with an attitude) I said yes please. She proceeded to turn away from me while rolling her eyes and said its going to be you an hour. I said okay, she grabbed the balloons and turned once again rolling her eyes while smacking on her cough drops. Im sorry I asked you to do your job? And an hr to fill a 15 pack of balloons?!
