  I found out that this Staples had a Party city in it so I stopped in because we had a 90th birthday party in a couple days. Fortunately I met Roseanne who helped me design a beautiful bouquet of balloons for the party. I highly recommend Roseanne, she is incredible, thank you Roseanne I received so many compliments!

  Everyone is extremely rude, especially Renee The store was completely empty, and I asked an employee for help to determine if I have the right printer ink, just in case Renee Interrupted and exclaimed that I should already know what ink to get, and just stayed being very rude, She’s driving customer

  Employee refused to change my notebook from binder to spiral. Saying she was breaking copyright laws. She LIED to my face. She just did not want to do it. A manager needs to educate its employees. Will NEVER go to that Staples again

  This Staples is terrible. I come in often for our office pick ups or Amazon returns. Any time I've come for an Amazon review, I'm waiting 10 minutes minimum. It doesn't matter if there is one person in line, or 10. Usually people don't have their codes ready, they went to the wrong location. They need help getting the codes. Today, I came in and had 6 returns. I had all of my codes ready to go and in order. The Indian lady took more time on her end than it took me to provide the product/codes. I had my items in a bag and when I had three more items, she goes "do you have more?" Obviously... When she got to the last one, I said "this is the last one I have." She said "FINALLY!!!" Excuse me? To scan and return 6 packages took less than five minutes. Good luck going to this Staples (to actually shop) and finding someone to help you. They staff like 1-2 people at a time. No one is ever helpful. On another occasion, I came to pick up something for our office. I didn't have my ID because I normally come in, scan the code from the online order and I'm on my way. A few weeks ago, I came in to do just that and the lady said I couldn't take my items unless I had an ID. She scanned my phone and took my phone to the other end of the desk to look at it. When she was about to send me on my way, she never gave me my phone back. Why does she need to grab, hold and take it elsewhere? I went to my car to get my ID and I said "I have it here." She said, without even glancing at it, you can just take your items. It's okay. Really? Absolutely avoid this Staples at all costs.
