- SDshannel davisAug 8, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PHENOMENAL, TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I tell you the customer service I received was TOP-TIER, I mean exactly that! My regular printer was out of service, and I was in a bind because I needed a couple of prints completed right away. At around 10:30 PM, I was calling different businesses simply trying to find out what time they opened on Saturday. To my surprise, ROCKY called me back at 10:30 PM! Not only did he take the time to return my call that late, but he also took care of my order and arranged for his employee to come in a little early to have everything prepared for me. THAT is what I call going ABOVE AND BEYOND for a customer! 🙌🏾👏🏾 This was my very first time doing business with Rocky, and based on this experience, it definitely will NOT be my last. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and when someone goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of, they deserve to be recognized! Thank you so much, Rocky, for the phenomenal customer service and for helping me when I was in a bind. You have definitely gained a new customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
