You go to send something via certified mail return receipt and they direct you to the automated teller because they claim they can’t do it. Welcome to the new ridiculous United States of America and the complacency that brings with it.

I live in Lombard and the staff there are rude and never friendly or helpful. When asked a question their faces show a look of disgust and then a sign; like I'm bothering them

Asked for stamps for my groc store today after calling yesterday to confirm to pick them up and upon arrival was given extreme attitude for no reason. I greeted her with a smile and a kind hello and was given nothing but filth in return. Need to really evaluate the people you have sitting at the front of your corporation 👍
