Not sure how to rate as I am basing my review off of their Amazon return. Drove 20 minutes to do my returns and when I got there their system was down and the staff had no knowledge when it went down or when it would be back up and running.

Staples is now my go-to for printing services! It started with a small order of posters. Then I asked them to print a custom 5.5x8 booklet and it was perfect (I designed it in Canva). Then they printed our grad announcements. Always they get the job done on time at a fair price (check for valuable coupons!). The print professionals at the desk are courteous and want to help you get the job done.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRINTING SERVICES. I was left on hold for an hour to get an update on my business cards. They told me I can pick them up at 2pm Today. I get a call at 1:40 saying their printer is BROKEN? They literally sell printers… did not offer a solution like sending it over to another store at the very least. She ends up saying we can refund you then hung up on me. Very LAZY team at this location.

I ordered balloons for a work event that were confirmed to be ready at 5pm. I go in and the woman working couldn't find my order. She then found the balloons and said someone started doing the order and just left it. I told her the order was for filled balloons and she then asked if I could come back later because she wasn't trained to fill balloons. I asked if anyone else was available and she said her manager who was on the phone. I did not have time to go back and forth so I asked for a refund. She said one moment and walked away to help other guests (understood as there was a line) apparently said manager comes out with his phone on speaker walking around who finally makes it to the balloon area and fills them. Spent almost 30 minutes. I understand things happen but if your employees are in need of help, hang up the phone. Your guests come first
