- BBBeccaSep 30, 20261.0Well I give one star because I had to give a star. Two times this month I have gone in here because of the party store needing birthday balloons. I had to wait at least ten minutes for some one to actually come to the desk and help me. Then I was told it would be several hours for just Three balloons . Then I tried to get maybe two balloons instead of three but they ran out of a lot of birthday balloons. Then when I went to go pick up the balloons again nobody at the desk. Another customer made a comment this will be the last time no one is ever at the desk and she couldn't wait after ten minutes so she left. So I picked up my balloons after having to ask the cashier from another department when was someone coming. So this also will be my last time coming here just not worth it.
- JMJay MariettaSep 25, 20265.0Apologies if i get their name wrong but shout out to Keiran at the TSA pre check station for being patient and professional while having to deal with an absolute bozo of a rude customer before helping me out. Great customer service, helpful, fast and courteous.
- MKMike KoppSep 23, 20261.0Employee refused to change my binded notebook to spral saying she can't do it because of copyright laws. That's complete B.S. she's just lazy and did not want to do it. You need to LIE better than that. Will NEVER go to this staples again. If you had just said I can't do it I'd be fine but the excuse was just lame
