- SSSteven SotoJun 15, 20261.0Stopped to get my kids passports with an appointment. She asked us to fill out the application. Took 10 minutes to do both of them. Once we were done she told us we missed out appointment window and had to reschedule. Not a single person was in the post office waiting but refused to help us. Note: her name is Rachel and she’s the manager
