Recently a carrier forgot to drop off my packages, but had scanned them as delivered. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled. I called the local number for the Post Office and told them about the situation. Not more than a half hour later, the post master delivered the packages personally. This was at 6pm in the evening mind you. They were closed. That’s great customer service. Support your local PO and use them for all of your deliveries. Besides, I’ve had better luck shipping USPS vs the other guys. Faster and less expensive.
