  The girl at the front desk is very rude. My friend and I went in there a couple weeks ago and she told me that my packages had to be in different boxes and told me I needed to step aside. She had other customers to work on until I figured it out and then once I showed her the code that she needed to make a label it said no box needed after she put me through all that. And then one of the packages that I took in, she told me it would never make it And tried to sell me a box for $20. Why would I buy a box if my return shipping back was free so I called Amazon and told them the situation and they gave me back my money. this happened again yesterday took another package back. She scanned my item, turned around and looked at me and said it needs to be in another box. I was like it’s in a box. She said no that’s the box it came in. It has to be a different box. I told her I hate this place started to walk out. She said here’s your label if you want it so I took it came home. called Amazon again told them she wouldn’t take it again without it being in a different box so they refunded my money. She Didn’t have to be so rude about it. I’m 70 years old and sometimes it takes me a little bit to understand things but she was wrong from the very beginning and very rude. Also, there’s a dog hanging out in there and I’m scared to death of dogs and she was making fun of me and saying that dog won’t hurt anyone, I don’t care a dog shouldn’t even be in a place of business so she made someone else keep the dog off to the side and had to make the remark that LaDy over there is scared of dogs so rude very rude. Then she proceeded to tell me that little dogs are worse than big dogs. I don’t care. I told her I was scared of dogs and there shouldn’t be a dog in a business. Anyway, just letting you know that she was very rude. Don’t know her name usually wears her hair in a ponytail. Told me she used to work for the police department or something like that. No, Customer should ever be treated the way she treated me.

  Have had much more friendly people, working at this store, in the past. The clerk was not the friendliest person on the world and I had a plan of just getting into MyUPS and completing everything and just have to pay for the label. Well thats not how she wanted to do and pretty much insisted she needed to put my info in herself and then I had to call my boss because we were not shipping like we normally would ship. I had already driven nearly 200 miles to get the package to that UPS store because the Havana UPS couldn't print a label. Annoying to say the least. Not impressed. I was already stressed anyhow and she didnt make my day any easier.
