  I had to mail some things on a layover between flights at O’Hare, so I chose this location for its convenience. I didn’t expect such a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Little old me was bumbling about with my suitcase and bags trying to find the envelope and items that I needed, and the staff were quick to assist and get me on the right track. The associate who helped me was super nice and so helpful telling me about all the options available to me and helping me choose the best journey for my parcel. I regret I didn’t get any names, but the team in the room seemed to genuinely enjoying working with each other and the vibes were so positive. Highly recommend this location if you need to ship something in this area!

  Probably one of the best and friendliest UPS locations I’ve ever visited—truly a night-and-day difference from the one I had just come from. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They went out of their way to assist me in finding the right boxes, carefully packaging my items, and taping everything up securely without hesitation. What really stood out was their sense of urgency and attention to detail. I was in a stressful situation—rushing to the airport in the rain—and they didn’t just do the bare minimum. They made sure everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and correctly, all while maintaining a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days. Every little step they took made a big difference for me, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a hectic moment into a smooth experience. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to help a complete stranger. Thank you again—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer 🙏

  I was here on 04/22/2026 and they are awesome!! I drop off some packages and left my cellphone in the store counter and the Manager was very kind and call us to return my cellphone, Thank you for being honest that talk a lot of what kind of service you provide to our community.

  Great experience at this UPS location! It’s run by a wonderful couple who are friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their business. The facility is new, very clean, and well-organized. Service was quick and efficient—especially the notary, which was done in no time. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable and courteous service!
