  Lazy delivery drivers from this location - was supposed to be receiving a package today (already day late) and suddenly get a notice that delivery couldn't be made because nobody was home! Both my husband and I were home and waiting - nobody even attempted to make a delivery. Not only that, but I had updated the delivery instructions on the DHL website 2 days prior saying NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED and to be left at the front door. So obviously they didn't even attempt delivery and just marked that it couldn't be delivered because nobody was home, which even if that HAD BEEN true the package should have been left at the front door per the instructions. Customer service on the phone was rude and helpful, saying that they couldn't guarantee they could send the driver back today because "they still had other packages to deliver" and it would get delivered tomorrow. Despite this being 1000% the fault of the driver and negligent and lazy on their part. Unbelievable.

  EXPRESS DELIVERY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My package arrived Saturday 8/22 into Franklin Park and as of this morning 8/25 it is still sitting there. Why? Especially when I checked tracking and it showed delivery by end of day for Monday 8/24 Why do international Items shipped from the UK sit for 3 days before moving from Franklin Park? WHY? Package had already cleared customs. I was informed yesterday that they are trying to find transportation? Huh? I thought that was their main focus. Ironically my package is less than 3 hrs away, but they can't seem to finish the job and get it the last leg of the way. And if you try to get through to customer service the company purposely makes it very difficult to get a live agent. Even the phone number is questionable. It shows as United Post & Parcel. Worst experience I have ever had for a shipping company. Frustrating company to do business with. Highly recommend using FedEx or UPS over DHL. Highly recommend to not use DHL if you have another option even if it means horse drawn carriage.

  I have so many bad experience with delivery, when i am tracking my package they shows its arrive at one time and close to that time they telling wrong address or some other excuses and hold my package or delivery after 2 days, or change delivery status and pick up from this office, i have travel almost one hour to pick my package same story happen every year three times, even going to pick up my items they keep at least two hours coz they telling one package is here and other one with delivery person car always bad experience.

  Just had a totally bizarre experience at this DHL. I walked in the door and there was no one behind the counter but there are signs directing you to ring a doorbell. I rang the doorbell and a lady came out, shoved a tablet in my face and told me to fill out a form by myself. She then disappeared into the back room again. When I got to the point that I needed to ask a question I rang the doorbell again and she came out and answered the question reasonably accurately but I still had to figure out what she actually meant in terms of the form. The rate the system came up with to send a letter internationally was $116 so I asked if maybe she had indicated the wrong type of shipping but she said that it just costs $116 to send a letter. So I decided to try to go back and use a different form of shipping but she snottily said, "Ma'am if you do that you'll have to enter the dimensions of the package on your own!" As if that was some kind of impossibility. Broadly, she was just cranky and rude. I'm not sure why people use this service.
