  Failure failure failure, DHL ruining my wedding! Ordered two sets of cloths from my Wedding and DHL withheld my first package, ask for permission to open package which I gave and started asking information about a surprise watch information that my brother had to me with wedding dress. I begged and pleaded with DHL to please clear my cloths (Brides and Grooms) attire and they disregarded my request and sent the whole package back oversee. Bride is so mad because we had our hopes up in the attire. Second package same story and I provided the required information and package is still being held. DJL needs to stop taking shipment or tell their representative oversees to let their customers know the intricacies of sending watches to America. I’m completely heart broken with how DHL are trying to ruin my wedding. The terrible experience ever and not happy at all

  horrible company to be dealing with for imports as a business. Every other package gets returned back to the sender because DHL does not want to reach out for any questions of the documents on a timely manner and then blame us that we didnt contact them. You try to reach them and nobody wants to give an answer anyways! Try not to do business with DHL as much as possible.

  This is by far the worst DHL facility. They don’t deserve 1 star !The employees don’t care at all. My package was supposed to be delivered today 09/04 and when I called customer service, they said that all the drivers were already gone and that my package will finally be delivered Tuesday since Monday is Labor Day. Absolutely useless!!!! Might as well use USPS.

  Lazy delivery drivers from this location - was supposed to be receiving a package today (already day late) and suddenly get a notice that delivery couldn't be made because nobody was home! Both my husband and I were home and waiting - nobody even attempted to make a delivery. Not only that, but I had updated the delivery instructions on the DHL website 2 days prior saying NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED and to be left at the front door. So obviously they didn't even attempt delivery and just marked that it couldn't be delivered because nobody was home, which even if that HAD BEEN true the package should have been left at the front door per the instructions. Customer service on the phone was rude and helpful, saying that they couldn't guarantee they could send the driver back today because "they still had other packages to deliver" and it would get delivered tomorrow. Despite this being 1000% the fault of the driver and negligent and lazy on their part. Unbelievable.
