The service is extremely slow, and the whole atmosphere inside the building feels unwelcoming, like customers are a burden. Very disappointing experience.

They clerk said they do not ship to FPO or APO. Please fix your clerks and send her in an actual mail route. This is complete bullshit. Postal inspector needs to check this place out.
