- CSChris StephensSep 5, 20262.0The self-serve package drop off at this location is trash. It’s either already jammed when you get there or you will jam it as soon as you put your package in and close it. I don’t understand how it’s broken ALL the time. Can we please fix this already?????
- JDJessica DimentSep 4, 20262.0The only reason I give 2 stars is because of my usual mail man. I believe his name is Kevin and he is always super friendly and is careful with my mail and packages. He always greets me if I am outside and he’s delivering and we usually have a small chat. I hope he is paid well for his amazing customer service. Unfortunately I can NOT say the same thing about the clerks and management. They are unbelievably rude and atrocious towards people who come in. They have no sense of urgency and act like they hate their jobs and lives so much so they take it out on others. If it wasn’t so close to my home I would NEVER go there to drop off packages.
