- JWJenny WagnerJul 27, 20261.0My daughter and her boyfriend were in there today for a passport appointment and the lady that “helped” them was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. Just because they are young adults, doesn’t mean you treat them less than anyone else. If helping someone fill out a passport application is that stressful for you, perhaps you should seek a different career.
- ABAerial BrinaMar 10, 20255.0The post office in Farmington is amazing. We moved our business into the Farmington area during winter so we did not have a mail box. We also have evening work hours. They held onto our mail for us until we were notified. Now I stop in weekly to see if we have mail. The employees are friendly and have excellent customer service. They know me when i come in for mail and they also know what time mail will be run by our location when we are able to put a mailbox in. They are amazing to work with.
