    When another shipper returned important papers looking like they had been run over with several pages missing, I went to FedEx and they were delivered in 2 days for half the price. I don't know about boxes, but for documents, this is the place to go.

    I get other people's packages regularly: damaged packages, and items spoiled or missing. This is the worst FedEx I have ever seen. I currently have two packages that aren't mine. I have open tickets for them to come get other people's mail, but no one comes to pick them up. Is it possible to blacklist my address so FedEx can't be used to deliver to me?
