- MHMartha HernandezJul 25, 20261.0Don’t ever make a passport appointment at this location, I wish i looked into the reviews before making my appointment. They called me the day of my appointment that it has been cancelled and gave me no explanation of why it was cancelled. I showed up and upon arriving the old lady working there named Sherlyn just shouted at me saying that if I was there for a passport appointment it has been cancelled, again I asked her for a reason and first she said she didn’t know why but it has been cancelled, first of all how you gonna be working there, cancel my appointment and not knowing why you cancelling. Make that make sense. She threatened to call police on us because I kept asking for a legitimate reason, thing that was never given. Then she says her system is down! Again how could your system be down but still assisting other customers. Then MR.Smith comes out says that they don’t need to give us no explanation at all of why our appointment has been cancelled. He then say that there’s not enough staff. At this point they lying, they don’t want to do their job at all and being lazy cause they knew it was gonna be for 4 applications. These employees need more training on customer service. Literally! They just be hiring anybody with no type of good service or how to talk to customers. This place is really unprofessional they need to do better! Pictures of them will be posted so everyone is aware of who you might deal with in the near future.
- SSSassyJul 14, 20262.0Service was very very very very very very very slow I was in here it was only one person working at least seven people in line there was a lady in the back and it seems that since the line was so long she could have at least came up and help get the lines out some the person that was working very slow as well I guess she was trying to be as accurate as she could without making mistakes so it took her a long time with each customer I was in there at least an hour
