I came in to have my package returned to company. A young guy said he would tape and apply the label to the package. I just received my package in the mail! He never applied the return label. When I called the store, the manager Nora said they are privately owned so it’s nothing she can do about it. I said, so it’s basically oh well then? She said, “Yeah, it’s nothing she could do.” Then there was a pause. This is how they handle customer inconveniences! Unacceptable!

Tristan deserves a standing ovation for his customer service! From the moment I called, he was professional, helpful, and assured me they could take care of exactly what I needed. When I arrived, he provided nothing but Grade-A service and went above and beyond for me and my family. Even as I was leaving, he sent me off with a warm “Safe travels!” His communication, kindness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Tristan, you are truly appreciated thank you for making our experience exceptional!

Amiah from the Evergreen location is so awesome. Customer focus and service was top tier as she helped me ship an item today. There were 2 young men that were just as helpful and friendly. I love coming to this location because they are quick and really nice. The store was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this location and ask for my girl Amiah !! She is the best !!

I visited the UPS STORE at 9449 South Kedzie in Evergreen Park, IL to send a important special letter to an address. I walk in and "Nora" asked how can she help me in a cordial, polite and professional manner. Over the years I have mailed packages and letters through the US POSTAL SERVICE and FEDEX but none come close to the well skilled and well trained clerks at the UPS STORE at 9449 South Kedzie in Evergreen Park. This UPS STORE never cease to amaze me of their cordial, polite and welcoming mindset. "Nora" and the crew at the facility is in a class by itself. They handle your packages and letters with the upmost care. This facility has well trained and well skilled clerks and their personalities are spot on. Thanks UPS STORE for hiring clerks that's professional in all they do. This facility is indeed a 5 start location to experience professional caring services.
