We took time off work and pulled her out of camp to be there, only to be met with complete disregard for our time. Perks of working for the government. This process should be contracted out to UPS or FedEx.

We have visited three days in a row specifically for FBI fingerprinting services, and every single time we were told to "come back tomorrow" because the authorized staff member was not there. It has been three consecutive days of wasted time and empty promises. This service is time-sensitive and critical, yet there is zero accountability. To make matters worse, we encountered the same issue at a second location as well. If you offer a service by appointment or during specific hours, a qualified professional should be present. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
