Waited in line 20 minutes just to drop off a package that was already labeled because the kiosk wasn’t working and the bin was full, only to be lectured by the guy that I should’ve used the kiosk. He was the only one working there and he was slow and rude. The fax machine, computer and printer were all having problems, and this UPS store seems to have set their own prices for those services higher than normal. Just go to a different UPS store, don’t even bother here.
