The lady who helped me went above and beyond, she was not only friendly and kind, but she even followed up with a phone call just so I could get my package before I left out of town ahead of the long weekend. That kind of dedication is rare these days, and it made all the difference. Truly the best post office experience I’ve ever had!

For some reason the genius in charge numbered the houses on our street out of order so now if someone unfamiliar with our street delivers mail or packages they leave them at the wrong house. I'm not happy that my $100 package shows delivered to my mailbox and there's nothing there. Got the notification and checked right away but nothing there. I'm not surprised. Going to escalate my complaint to a higher level. Updating this to 3 stars since the new post master calls right away when there’s an issue with mail delivery. We live on a cul-de-sac so the houses are numbered correctly and also displayed conspicuously.
