  Mike ray and Fahd were extremely helpful this morning I was there for no less than four hours trying to pact a return into the only box left that fit the sofa from TikTok shop and they did not spare any tape or saran wrap. Also checking the dimensions of every box I brought personally to make sure that they could even ship it.They took their time out to help me in a crazy moment and I think they should be recognized accordingly.   This location is top notch! They keep the line and customer service moving while still being able to give extra help to those who need it. My family’s cat went missing and Fouad was so sympathetic and helpful with printing my missing cat fliers.

  Always great customer service since I've been coming here in 2014. I love Micheal usually takes care of me. Cesar is Kool. I met a new, well he's new to me because that was my first encounter with him. Fouard I believe that is the spelling of his name. He took care of me 06/27/26. I asked him how to say his name he said give it a try and I looked at him shaking my head no because I do like to mispronounce someone's name. I gave it a go and got it correctly. Yah! I put my hand out and said it was a pleasure to meet him.

  The service I experienced this morning was extremely disappointing. Although the store is scheduled to open at 8 a.m., I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and patiently waited for the doors to open. My frustration began when a white man approached at 7:52 a.m. with a package, and the employee, Casear, opened the door to accept it before promptly locking it again. This action felt disrespectful, suggesting that the store prioritizes certain customers over others. When the store finally opened, Casear completely disregarded my presence, offering no apology and appearing preoccupied, which forced another employee to assist me. Shortly thereafter, he seemed to find time to serve other customers, indicating an awareness of his inappropriate behavior. Ironically, Casear is Hispanic, highlighting the unfortunate reality that sometimes individuals from the same background can treat each other poorly.
