I had the unfortunate experience of going to this office to request my baby’s passport for the first time, and honestly, the service was very disappointing.
The two people who work there (a man and a woman) were quite abrupt from the very beginning. At no point did they show kindness or a willingness to help, which I consider essential when dealing with the public. On the contrary, their treatment was rude and lacking in empathy.
My baby was crying simply because he is a baby!! However, the situation became unacceptable when the woman who was assisting the only other client in the office (besides me) asked me to leave the premises because the baby was crying. I found this to be a complete lack of sensitivity and respect, especially towards a mother with a small child.
To make the experience even worse, when it was time to make the payment, the man who assisted me took the rating device and gave himself a high service score without consulting me or asking me to evaluate the service. He did this arbitrarily and then simply proceeded to request the payment.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. There is a complete lack of respect, empathy, and consideration for customers, especially for a mother with her baby. I would not recommend it at all.

Worked hard for two years to earn my master’s just for a postal worker to bend my photos when the envelope clearly said not to. These were an expense on top of everything it takes to complete a master’s program and I am extremely upset with how my achievement was treated. I will be coming in in person after I recover from COVID to get some resolution for this. I purposely try to avoid using USPS because of poor service and I wish the government would finally squash this terrible institution and just let Amazon and other businesses take over.
