  This post office is a damn joke! I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my package that has been sitting there for almost a week, I have called at least 10 times over a 3 day period and no one answers the phone. Piss poor service! No wonder why it only has 1.5 stars

  I can say wholeheartedly agree with the 1 star reviews that this place is miserable to post office to work with. There is male clerk who will berate you instead of help you. I needed help sending 9 letters using the certificate mailing service. This is something you MUST have someone at the counter put a stamp of proof on a form to show a letter was received by the post office. I prepaid the postage of all my letters using the kiosk, I went to the the clerk to also pay for the certificate of mailing because you can't get this service at the kiosk (which is a shame because I had to talk to this miserable man). He then yells at me that I needed to do this at the kiosk and I told him it's not an option. Then he goes one that now HE has to do double the work now to get my letters certified. Buddy, this is your job!!! I couldn't handle his horrible attitude and drove to the Schaumburg USPS. To mail my 9 letters with certificate of mailing there, it took 5 minutes tops at the counter and ZERO complaints from the clerk there (who was much friendly too). I normally have sympathy for post offices because I get that this is a thankless job and such. But don't take your frustration on the people that need the services. After this experience, I'm willing to drive across towns for my post office needs.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a gift for a friend and it still has not come in. The package was ordered July 13th it is currently July 28th. Why this is taking so long who knows but taking more than 2 weeks for a order that originates inside the US is absolutely ridiculous.

  I hand delivered a package to the clerk with a prepaid label. 4 days later, they still have not scanned/updated the tracking. I have shipped 6 packages thru this USPS this year and 4 of them have had issues like this. The workers at this location must hide packages or willingly damage labels.

  Every Saturday when I’m expecting a package I always get the same bs “we couldn’t deliver your package because the business was closed”. I am here every Saturday and the doors are wide open.
