  I always receive good service at this location. I have been doing business with them for over a year. Anna always gives her customers really good attention. The manager Bob is really good to do business with. I highly recommend this location for anyone that needs shipping or any of their other services.

  Customers were waiting in a long line while the employees scrambled, and seemingly did not know what was going on. I was being helped by an employee when he walked away from me and began doing another task, with no confirmation that my package would be shipped. Frustrated with the service here. Drove all the way out here from Iowa, don’t know why UPS can’t seem to get their act together.

  I use this location frequently. Superb! Yes, they are BUSY & there may be lines, but they're very helpful & efficient.

  Sometimes the lines are long,however, the staff usually helps us with getting through there,as quickly as possible, I do appreciate that.

  Had a package delivered here, and it was apparently lost. While trying to locate information about the package and its whereabouts, the staff were rude. When I went in person, the woman I spoke with didn’t stop scanning new packages and said she guessed it wasn’t there. She didn’t appear to actually look up the package or further investigate the issue. While communicating with employees on the phone, they continued to be rude and dismissive. I understand that lost packages happen, and it’s not always the store’s fault. However, I expected better customer service and more effort to help locate the package or provide information about its whereabouts. I will not be using this store for future package needs.
