- SGShanika GlennAug 6, 20261.0The service at this post office has gone downhill. After the longtime employee who worked there for over 20 years retired, the office has been poorly managed. The current Postmaster, Nicole Rogers, has a very disrespectful attitude toward customers. During my visit, she was rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and did not provide the level of customer service that people deserve. As a representative of the United States Postal Service, a Postmaster should treat customers with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Instead, I experienced poor communication, a lack of concern for my issue, and behavior that I found unacceptable. I believe her conduct reflects poorly on the post office and creates a negative experience for customers. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to improve customer service at this location so that others are treated with the respect they deserve.
