She went above and beyond with communication and taking a vested interest in a logistics situation on package delivery that was out of her control. Rarely do you find someone who cares about outcomes out of kindness and concern. High character and integrity.

I had ordered some hatching eggs for my middle schoolers and an employee noticed that my school name was on the label next to my name. They called me in the morning before school started so I could come around back and get my eggs before school. I am beyond grateful to have such thoughtful staff working at my local post office. There will be some very happy middle schoolers thanks to y’all!
