  Retrain the man named Jason. He simply had unacceptable behavior and the lack of care for customers and their packages . He scribbled over my package wrote un illegibly as well as threw around my box. He had an attitude because I asked him to write the suite number that the package label was missing . He then laughed and did not explain why , then had the audacity to ask if I was having a bad day. I responded no and reassured him that it was his customer service that was terrible and I needed to speak to a supervisor immediately. A few hours , with this terrible experience, settling in my mind I later returned with my father and we came back a second time just to ensure my package went to the correct location. Then I finally got my tracking receipt for my package . Two stars because the supervisor did handle this situation twice , Thanks to him. JASON HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE

  The front desk staff is nice (hence the extra star for them) and helpful however what happens beyond them is pure garbage and disgrace. I have had several packages lost and misplaced. The ones with tracking never show them leaving the post office just the original scan at drop off. This has cost me hundreds of dollars in loss for my business. What a dump. Additionally if you need to go to sauna just stop by here. Drop off your important mail in Burlington or Kingston. It worth the 20 minute drive. What a shame. Poor operations and management.

  Why is it that every time I try to receive anything from your facility and it is addressed properly, my mail still gets marked as "addressee unknown"? Then i try to call ypur office only to be run around in circles over n over again your tarnishing this towns integrity and tarnishing unites states postal services by giving terrible service of course im going to get adresee unknown because your drivers dont even knock on doors when its meant to be signed ive list sensitive things over your facility and ypur facility has also put my life and well being at risk because i get supplies for my business delivered and you guys have messed that up too taking food off my table so your not just messing up usps deliveries your making the community look bad your making other growing businesses go starving but most above all most of what i see on here is bad bad reviews and a loooooot of very unhappy people and the people of dekalb need to actually band together about this kind of stuff because how can we fix any of these broken systems if we dont work together to fix said broken systems

  Given the ongoing issues with mail delivery, it may be prudent for the community to explore legal avenues, such as a class-action lawsuit, to address the persistent shortcomings in service. The recent feedback from customers highlights a shared frustration with the current operational inefficiencies and the inadequacy of automated systems in resolving these concerns. It is imperative that our local mail service undergoes significant reforms, potentially necessitating intervention at a federal level, to ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of mail. I hope that these issues get fixed because all i really hear and see is a lot of very very upset people and its giving the usps a bad name large federal corperations do not take too kindly to having there names tarnished because of bad sevices and bad reviews caused by bad service i just think we all need to come together on this and finally fo something because one person alone isnt going to fix the issues this wonderful town needs taken care of we need to unite together and make changes
