- TPTiffany PalmerAug 26, 20261.0The older lady with the black hair that's at the front counter all the time has good customer service skills but she never shuts up. There will be a line of people and she's talking to each person unnecessarily for 10 to 15 minutes.. if there's a line of six people are more that means we're waiting there for an hour... Absolutely ridiculous. It's no big deal one-on-one there's nobody else in there but if you have people waiting online you need to take care of the person in front of you keep it short and keep the line moving. It's like she can't help herself to not ask at least 10 unnecessary questions and threatens to throw you out of the post office if you bring it to their attention that it's taking unnecessarily long.
