But here's the best I can recollect what I said is that; I like the Crystal Lake Post Office more than most. The folks there make the place work. They're all all very helpful, polite, cheerful most the time. Of course everybody can't be perfect. The place is nice and bride's got a lot of Windows. You just feel welcome and comfortable and you get in and out as quickly as you can. There's also kiosk to help you out self-help kiosk. So shout out to the Crystal Lake Post Office. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!
- GOGina OvalleJul 12, 20261.0I went there to ship a medium flat rate box. I was there at open, probably 3rd in line. So, I paid in cash but had to wait for my change, I waited 13 minutes! First I was told that he had no cash drawer, changed to, the lady cashier was coming up to the front to help me. After 5 minutes I was told she was busy helping in the back. She get finally comes up front only to tell me that the machine that prints the lables is broken and that they are.missing the key to the other cash drawer. OMG, never again going to that post office.
