Today instead of being shielded from the rain on our porch the driver left everything to be ruined. This is lazy and unacceptable. Do better!!!!

I took it to the counter and was told in a rather condescending way, that they do nor accept Amazon returns. I explained that on the Amazon website, it stated that the package could be sent by USPS. Again, the clerk said that they do not accept Amazon returns. I decided to try a different post office and they accepted the package.
