  The people in the store are very nice. However, the store was so nasty and so filthy with dog toys on the floor, paper scraps everywhere, just all around and that is not how a store should look like; it was so disgusting. I’m so glad that my package was sealed before entering the store. Yuck!

  I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence: I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency. What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days. My sincere congratulations to everyone working there, especially the young team members. You are doing an outstanding job.

  They are always very helpful & friendly. Take the time you need & they don’t ever make you feel rushed or that you are just a number. They help you through every step if you need it. Plus an extra bonus member that welcomes you in, keeps you company while there & wishes you a great rest of the day. The whole experience just makes your day a great one. You don’t get this type of wonderful personal service much anymore. We will always go back to them in future! UPS is very lucky to have such a wonderful crew represent them. Kudos to the store owner.

  This is my local store and come here multiple times a week! Never have any issues, i get in and out extremely fast, everyone is very helpful, the owner is always there and you can tell works really hard. I mostly come because the dog that hangs out is adorable and I love seeing him!!
