  3 ☆'s, middle amount, because it doesn't say which one. Monee and Crete are waaay better than Steger ever was, even though my bills arrive late. At least they arrive! Steger gets 0☆, Crete gets 4☆, because my bills arrive late, and Monee gets 4 1/2☆, because their BLU box, outside gets full, and you can reach inside and grab some. So, I have a bit of a worry about theft there, but the police station is right across the street, which is a good thing. Park Forest used to be my alternate go-to, until they removed the big BLU box, outside.

  This place is absolutely horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. All employees are rude, incompetent and lazy. It has not been like this years ago, and I am not sure what has changed, except personnel. Post Master is incompetent and rude as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I have gone for years to this post office and have enjoyed talking to the girls at the reception desk .Recently had a very distasteful and unpleasant experience she was rude, very slow and shoved the amazon box in my face. When i told the post master about my experience and demonstrated how impolite she was, she lied through her teeth saying she had not shoved the box in my face .It is a shame that Dawn And Sue who worked for years and were always pleasant are no longer there and have retired. The new hires and management is so sub par and way below the standard that we were accustomed too. I hope they improve there skills and learn better customer service. if I could give a negative rating I surly would.

  We absolutely Love our mail carrier Sue Holiday! She’s been delivering our mail for years now and when she is working, we have never had a problem with our service. She is kind, knows exactly what she’s doing and is always on time! However, when we have a different carrier, we don’t have a problem with the time it’s delivered but we’ve gotten other people’s mail and have had to go put it in the correct persons mailbox. I’ve had mail I was expecting and never received which makes me wonder if it was delivered to the wrong address and the person who got it didn’t bother to make sure they put it in my mailbox. The staff at the office is always kind to me when I come in. The one time I didn’t receive a package, I went in and told them that it showed that it was delivered from the company but I never received it and they said that the Post Master wasn’t available and would call me back. He NEVER called me back. The company I dealt with was very accommodating and sent me another package which I did receive. I don’t know what we would do if our mail carrier retired because it’s rare to get someone who is this fantastic! Update I order from Amazon and 99% of the time I get packages on time. However this past Saturday I was expecting a package and we were home all day and it never came. I got a text from Amazon saying the post office was unable to deliver because they couldn’t access the front door. First off, I got mail in the box on the street. My regular carrier wasn’t working and whoever was delivering must not wanted to do their job and put it in the box or pull in my large driveway. Now I have to track down where my package is. Very annoying to know that I cannot count on my delivery if my regular carrier isn’t working. I have tried to call and it loops you around and you can’t get a live person on the phone.
