- SMSteven Mattli3 days ago1.0Three of us were waiting since 830. It’s now 842. Everyone’s left the lobby. The door is not unlocked. Someone came to pick up mail on the other side of the lobby drop off land I said excuse me can I get something scanned as I’ve got something too big to fit in the dropbox and there was just a grunt and they walked away that never came back. Great customer service.

Half of the time I will get a notice that my package is out for delivery, and then later in the day it will update with a really lame excuse as to why they could not deliver. The most recent one being "The employee did not have access to the delivery location". I am wondering how that is possible when I live in a house on a normal residential street? I sat waiting all day for this package and they never even showed up.
