- RRRJ RodriguezJul 11, 20261.07-11-26. This is not a review for coal city, IL. Postal service ! I do not know where I can post a review for the manager who over see’s day to day operations of delivery operations. I do not understand how this system works but I hope someone sees this review and they can forward it to the proper Chain of command ! Per the internet…David Steiner : He leads the agency's daily operations and strategic vision! Okay… so help me understand something… I order a package, it gets delivered from DOVER, DE. From there it goes to different places and ends up in the state it needed to be, Illinois. Once in Illinois, it arrives at BEDFORD PARK, IL. Mind you I live in coal city, IL. From there it goes to Chicago, IL. Okay.. whatever…. Maybe that’s the headquarters from Illinois and needs to go there …( I know that doesn’t make sense but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt ! I do not know how there system works! ) And then back to BEDFORD PARK, IL. Today !!!!! Please explain how that makes sense and who specifically is in charge of managing operations because this simply is a waste of paid time !!!!! These companies want to brag about needing more money for operations and blah blah blah! (Also, This does not just happen at USPS !!!!! I see it with Fedex and UPS when I’m tracking my packages ! ) I’m sorry but WHAT IN THE WORLD is going on ! Is it that hard to take the time to figure out exactly where a package SHOULD be going !!! Why in the world would you send it from Bedford , IL. To Chicago and back to Bedford !!! Where is the logistics in that !?! Yay! Let’s spend more money and time along with delaying the package which should have never happened !!! I’m just at a loss for words !!! Seriously… get ur stuff together !

- BBBrittanyDec 16, 20241.0Some people are rude here. My mother called about me and bfs mail awhile back since we moved out of Diamond. They said if they ever get any mail they will forward it. Well none of our mail has showed up to her address at all so don't know what's going on but hope they don't deliver any mail to our old address and will actually forward it. And attitudes need to change with some people. If you don't like your job don't work there!
