- LLLimitedRuse2 days ago1.0This place has bad ratings for a reason. It’s seriously that bad. On three separate occasions their scanners for shipping have been down and they expect customers to return the next day only to be told the same. Employees here don’t care, you’d find friendlier customer service at a DMV.

We get all letter but no packages!!!!!!

- SCSydnei CurtisApr 30, 20261.0I honestly do not know why this place is still opened. I filed a complaint. It’s by far the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone here. Not even people who need to get simple things. They make it so hard for people to get what they need. They canceled my appointment on the day of. The Hispanic lady had no compassion or care. She only cared for herself and refused to help me. The other lady that is a worker looked at me and just ate her salad. God have mercy on them for treating customers like this.
