  They are the one of worst post office if not the worse lately. You go days without mail. They don't deliver all your mail when it clearly shows you have mail. And one of the biggest excuses I hear is because the route is big or They don't have workers. I mean maybe make the route smaller higher a few more people. Another idea maybe split the route. It's absolutely getting bad here.

  like today the mailman when it's not my regular mailman they were extremely late it's 147 and no mail

  My experience at this post office is always good. I have mailed many packages and letters from this office and the clerks have looked and acted professionally. Sometimes they may be understaffed and a little patience is required but that goes on everywhere. Also, I have never had a problem getting my mail delivered.

  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misconduct, Harassment, and Privacy Violations by Assigned Letter Carrier I am submitting this formal complaint to report serious misconduct, harassment, and violations of mail privacy committed by (LAWSON) the letter carrier assigned to deliver mail in the 1200 W. 102nd place, chicago, il. 60643 block. The behavior described below is ongoing, inappropriate, and inconsistent with USPS standards of conduct and federal regulations governing mail handling. Summary of Misconduct: The carrier frequently appears impaired while on duty, including smelling strongly of marijuana and exhibiting physical signs consistent with recent use. He has PITCH BLACK BURNED UP MARIJUANA LIPS!!!! The carrier has read my personal mail, including a postcards related to a private home matter, and then shared my private financial situation with another individual on my block. The carrier has torn open legal documents addressed to me and discussed their contents with neighbors. The carrier has repeatedly harassed me verbally, using derogatory and offensive language directed at me. The carrier regularly walks the block with a neighbor while gossiping about my personal information, which he obtained by reading my mail. This conduct is not only unprofessional — it is a violation of federal mail privacy laws, USPS employee conduct rules, and basic standards of respect and integrity. It has caused me distress, embarrassment, and concern for the security of my mail and personal information. Requested Action: A formal investigation into the carrier’s conduct Immediate steps to protect my mail privacy notificationn of any corrective or disciplinary actions taken I am willing to provide additional details or speak with an investigator if needed.
