  The USPS Have Been Playing With My Mail For Quite Some Time Now. For Reasons That They Do Not Even Have. My Suspicion Is The People Who Are Related To These Employees Love Messing With There Targets On Behalf Of The People They Recruit To Work For Them And It’s Sad And Pathetic…. My Justice Will Prevail!!!

  The customer service is the absolutely horrible I waited in line for over 35 minutes with 6 people ahead of me staring at an empty counter wile over hearing the staff congregate behind a wall. When the clerk finally appeared there was no apology for the wait or even a greeting she rudely said next. I was in shock when she openly referred to a customer a grown man as baby. The employees lack respect and refuse to show an ounce of professionalism for customers as well as themselves the appearance of one of the clerks was sad to see a bed scarf wrapped around her hair appeared as if she just rolled out of bed. From one black woman to another PLEASE DO BETTER!!! When it was finally my turn she proceeded show more ignorance and rudeness by speaking to me as if I were child and when I addressed it she began to argue and even snatched the priority slips from the mail I was sending off balled them off and snapped saying you don’t need those all while sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes at one point she even smacked the monitor and as I addressed her behavior and challenged the way she was speaking and treating me she walked away from the counter another clerk appeared and began to proceed to try to chastise me followed by a the third clerk who stood by the wall trying to correct me for speaking up about the lack customer service and their inability to treat customers with respect. This location needs to be investigated shutdown and all the employees present on 9/10/26 should be retrained and replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this location however I had no other choice because this is the nearest location and during the time I was completing a work task while on the clock all while my supervisor was on our company phone and overheard this horrible interaction and advised me to complete the survey attached to my receipt. If I could give 0 stars that still would not be sufficient enough for what I experienced.

  Every single bad review you’ve seen about this place is 100% accurate. Visited in August 2026, and it was one of the worst experiences imaginable. This is a federal building that is supposed to represent the United States of America. Instead, it is a complete disgrace — especially in the year of our nation’s 250th anniversary. The condition of the facility and the way the staff operate are an embarrassment to any federal office. The employees behave more like a gang than public servants. When simply asked what happens if someone doesn’t show up for work, one of them casually replied that it’s a federal building, they’re paid hourly, and they won’t get fired even for no-shows. That level of entitlement and indifference is unacceptable. Especially compared to other states, cities and locations. This location should not just be closed — it needs to be thoroughly investigated for safety and basic operational standards. A federal building that presents this face to the public has no business remaining open in its current state. DON’T give your mail or fingerprints or trust this place. ELIMINATE AT ALL COSTS, does not even feel safe!
