The staff at the location is nice but the delivery person is not. A lady from USPS needed to deliver my package and get my signature so I waited for her at my apartment. When I saw a truck, I can down and saw her opening the mailboxes so I asked her if she has my package or needs my signature. She ignored me completely and then as I walked away, she yelled at me. She also yelled at other people at my apartment too. Plus, my box came kinda damaged and almost open but luckily there were some bubbles inside so my stuff is still in good condition.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was extremely rude, and I had to wait for a long time without anyone helping me. No one seemed to care that customers were waiting. The employees were unprofessional and made the entire experience frustrating. I would not recommend this USPS location unless customer service improves significantly.

Absolutely unacceptable. My fiancé was treated with complete disrespect while trying to pick up a package because his preferred name did not match the name on his ID. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, kindness, or even basic human decency, the clerk was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to offer any guidance or help. There is a huge difference between explaining a policy and making someone feel unwelcome. Your employee chose the latter. As a transgender person who has not yet completed a legal name change, my fiancé deserved to be treated with the same dignity and respect as every other customer. Instead, he left feeling humiliated and dehumanized. It’s 2026. There is no excuse for making transgender customers feel like they don’t belong or don’t deserve respect. Whether this was ignorance, bias, or simply terrible customer service, the result was the same: an unacceptable experience that never should have happened. Management needs to take this seriously. Your employees represent USPS every time they interact with the public, and this interaction reflected a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and respect. We will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience what we did.

I recently had issues with mail delivery, and though the person at the counter was not helpful at all, two people who answered my phone were extremely helpful in going out of their way to listen and help. I was really worried after seeing many negative reviews here, but the customer service person even called me back the next day and connected me to the carrier. I am very grateful for all who helped me resolve the issue.
