We have visited three days in a row specifically for FBI fingerprinting services, and every single time we were told to "come back tomorrow" because the authorized staff member was not there. It has been three consecutive days of wasted time and empty promises. This service is time-sensitive and critical, yet there is zero accountability. To make matters worse, we encountered the same issue at a second location as well. If you offer a service by appointment or during specific hours, a qualified professional should be present. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

USPS refused to deliver a letter to me in favor of leaving notices and then refused to let me pick it up because my ID still has my old address on it. When I asked how I was meant to get my mail, the clerk said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away into the back room. A woman who I have to assume is a manager but whose job seemed to be sitting behind the counter doing nothing first openly mocked me and then threatened to refuse to send the letter I was dropping off. Genuinely horrific experience. No one here should have a job. I wish I had been half as hostile as I was accused of because these people deserve nothing but hostility.
