- TTTasha TorresSep 1, 20261.0I came in to drop off prepaid packages. There were about five people waiting to use the self-service machine, while there was no line at the counter. Since I’ve had issues scanning my packages at the self-service machine before, I went straight to an employee for assistance. She was very rude and told me that I’m the only person who has issues with the machine and that next time I should try it first and only ask for help if it doesn’t work. Why would i lie about not being able to scan my packages.?! Why would I make that up? I would choose the self-service option any day rather than interact with an employee
