If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I really want to support USPS given what it is, but I have had more negative experiences with this location than I can count. Between delayed packages, rude staff, and long in-person wait times, this location needs to be completely re-hauled. I have submitted several pick-up requests for packages only to find them still on my porch the next day, despite the pick-up marked as "completed". We went so far as to tape a bin to our gate with a piece of paper labeled "USPS PLEASE PICK-UP" and no pick-up. Even better - instead of picking up the package left in the bin, they left the package AND put our mail in the bin (instead of the MAILBOX) which got soaked with rain. One of the envelopes they left to get soaked was a Jury Summons (noted on the envelope, by the way) for my neighbor. I get it - I'm sure they are understaffed and underpaid, and I have always given the benefit of the doubt. But today, the USPS delivery driver made direct eye contact with me while I was on my porch and walked straight past the bin clearly labeled for them with a package in it (and a pick-up request submitted to USPS). I'm not sure if it is lack of care, lack of communication, or just incompetence, but it is a joke. Good luck trying to call their office by the way. I tried several times to get through to someone, only for their useless automated system to completely ignore my request and hang up on me. I doubt I would reach anyone who would care enough, anyway. Avoid this location if you can - go literally anywhere else.

Need better employees. As rude as possible for absolutely no reason. Watched every customer get treated the same way. If you hate your job so much find a new one!

I love the US Postal Service but the woman who is clearly the boss of this location’s front line is probably the rudest, most condescending person I have ever had to deal with at the post office EVER. Horrible fake-nice energy, and oozing spite. Wednesday August 5th 2026 around 130p. I didn’t catch her name but avoid that time/day at this location for sure. Such a cool building too, shame

Dropped off my Priority Mail box at this post office before 10 am on a Friday, when I printed the label the “estimated” delivery was the following Monday. When I finally got an update from USPS, the delivery date was changed to Thursday. 6 days for Priority Mail??? Since when??? USPS is an absolute joke now, and such a disappointment.
