Every time I go here, I know it's gonna be a bad experience. Guaranteed. I think that the workers here feel like you should understand their policies and how to do things around here. I avoid USPS at all costs, so I only come here one to three times a year, but, like I said, it's a guaranteed bad experience. Today I went to get in line to drop off a package because I'm not sure where their package drop-off area is, and I don't want to. It's a pretty important package. I asked the lady when I got to the front of the line if I can drop it off here, and she looked at me like I was slow (to put it nicely). Honestly, they could probably just put a sign somewhere that says "Drop off packages here" instead of assuming that everyone just knows where to drop off a package. I think it's behaviors like this that will guarantee that USPS continues to decline. I'm not a big fan of USPS, but hopefully they get their act together because I still have to use them one to three times a year.

Package being delivered from your facility. Arriving by Friday, just kidding by Monday—at 1pm, jk 2pm. Actually… make that 7:40pm I HATE holding my day back waiting for yall. Don’t even give me an expected date and time if this is how it is. I don’t have a place to receive packages. I have to wait for you all day

Absolutely worst post office I’ve even had to regularly visit. Not a single employee there is halfway friendly. It’s like going to the DMV where everyone hates their job. No one is every willing by to take extra steps, I’ve had packages signed for by the letter carrier go missing over $2K worth of goods. 6 months later no response on missing package case filed. Now they won’t release my held mail that was due to be picked up today because “the mail carrier might have it, we are waiting for him to call back”. Don’t expect anyone to give a crap. I’d rather get a box at UPS than deal with these horrible people.

Whoever Clerk 99 is, specifically the gentleman with the baseball hat and crooked bottom teeth working at 2:30 pm CST on 05/04/2026, he should be fired OR someone should take responsibility for his anger. He either is being treated so poorly by USPS that he acts that way, or no one at USPS has taken action to correct the issues here. Place was also not stocked. All the 1 star reviews - believe them. 0/5 stars

If I could give them less stars, I would. This place should be closed down, moved to a different location, and hire new employees. After they tell me to get a box and attach a lablel, I do it, came back, and when I am about to drop the package, they tell me I can't use the box. Made me waste 4 hours, and she acted like she didn't give a crap. They need to go, or actually be trained in how to do their job. This is the worst post office in all of Chicago. Go to a different one. They are horrible people!
