  Apparently this location is open till 7pm Monday-Friday… today is Oct 2nd Friday 2026 I tried entering the building at 6:10 pm and doors were locked. Absolute bs just wasting peoples time

  Typical dreadful USPS experience we’ve come to expect- the counter is closed during opening hours, not an employee in sight, one working self service kiosk with a line down the lobby, and people have to THROW their packages through a window across the room into a box to send them off. I feel like I’m in a developing country.

  This is supposed to be a usps that has fingerprinting services. When I arrived, there was a long line, and I waited 20 minutes just to be told they don't do fingerprinting at this location. There was a person who walked in after me asking if they do fingerprinting. Rather than telling her no, they told her to go to the back of the line. Which is inconsiderate, because they could have told her no right away. Very disorganized. Do not go here for fingerprinting. If you need it done for fbi history check, go through an FBI channeler instead.

  Staff were very rude and unhelpful with any questions. They expect you to know everything that they do and snap at you if you don't. This happened to customers at both open desks and I was only there for about half an hour. I will not be coming back to this location.

  The self serve kiosk is frequently broken or otherwise unavailable. The package drop-off box is often locked, so you have to walk up to the counter and pray you see where to drop off your package. Lord help you if you have to ask. Should you need to get in line, the wait time will be unbelievably long since there is usually only one attendant working and that person will move as slow as humanly possible. Even when there are 12 people waiting in line, they will not open another station (even though there are many other postal workers in back). The people working are pleasant enough when you get to the front of the line. But if you show any amount of frustration with this location’s inefficiency, they will be rude. The hours are supposed to be until 7pm on Friday, but there was no service other than the self-serve kiosk and an unsecured cage to leave your packages in. This location is in desperate need of better leadership. This location would be better if it mattered to them. The one good thing I can say about this post office is that I’ve shipped many packages from there over the years and the packages have always made it to their destination.
