- MPMINH P.Jul 23, 20261.0This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL USPS locations I’ve visited. On multiple occasions, I’ve experienced long closures during business hours, including what appeared to be extended lunch breaks that left customers waiting until near closing time.‼️ 0/5 stars‼️ I’ve also found some staff interactions to be unfriendly and unhelpful, making it difficult to ask questions or simply drop off packages. What concerned me most was seeing elderly customers—many from the local Chinatown community—treated impatiently because of their accents or limited English. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background. I hope USPS looks into the customer service at this location and provides additional training to ensure everyone receives the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Merely giving them a one star review is overly generous, the office would serve more use being closed; a complete waste of time.
