- RPreuben pena2 days ago1.0Absolute worst customer service. i have been trying to get a lock installed for my key keeper and new mailbox since December 4, 2025. I was initially told it would take a few weeks due to the holidays. Since then, it has been a never ending of excuses: Feb 4: Told my order was in the queue pending new locks. March 25: Spoke to someone else who revealed my order was completely removed from the queue because they ran out of locks. They had to re-enter it and promised a 2 week turnaround. April 15: Confirmed locks were finally in stock and was told someone would be out "soon." It is now mid-May, nearly six months later, and nothing has been done. To make matters worse, I have been calling daily since April 30 to get a simple status update, and absolutely no one answers the phone any more. The complete lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.

- DLD LawryFeb 17, 20261.0I am sick of this post office, the window teller starts their day whenever they feel like it so you can conduct transactions and get receipts I til they decide to come on. This place opens at 8:30 and the tell doesn't get in until 11, 12, 1 or not at all. So your forced to go on endless journeys trying to find a functional post office. The attitudes? Yea you get that for free just saying hello while they stare at you behind that glass. OMG why can't we have the same level of service and care like the fluent areas like Oak Park the service is awesome and they are friendlier. I can always get window service from opening time to closing time but in the hood, never know what your going to get. Then I had to help a person in a wheel chair as this location has a ramp but the outside door is locked so they can't come in. SMH sad

After speaking with Ms. Lockett, she took time to empathize and research with my issue. She provided a follow up call that really provided answers to the situation. I appreciate her time and patience!
