- EEEveSep 19, 20261.0Worst post office experience ever. There is absolutely no customer service "Not in person and definitely Not by phone". No one answers, no one seems willing to help. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t a one time issue. There are multiple complaints about the same problems, yet nothing seems to change. How many complaints does it take before someone actually steps in and addresses the situation "Hello" Customers deserve basic respect, communication, and service. Does anyone responsible for this location actually care?

The staff at this post office are rude, unprofessional, and often make customers feel like they are an inconvenience rather than people they are there to serve. What is even more frustrating is that the office does not consistently open at the posted time. Customers make the effort to arrive during the stated business hours, only to be left waiting outside with no explanation.
