  Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They also close randomly whenever they wish to irrespective of the posted hours!

  Arrived to a sign on the window that the clerk was at lunch til 3:30. Supervisor comes out at 3:32 and says to give the clerk 15 minutes. The service black folks receive by black folks should not be less than what is received in other communities- guaranteed they wouldn’t do this on the North side. Trifling.

  I've been here four times and my partner has been here once. Every single experience has been patronizing and humiliating. The staff are very very rude. You'll get your package mailed, but it'll be a little demoralizing.

  Always under staffed and kiosk not working . Customers always complaining. Long lines. Some employees are mean to customers, some can be nice but most of the time the u Chicago students are clueless of what to do and have many questions and the workers are not patient with them. It a frustrating environment especially when the workers work 10 hours with no break and no help. They need more employees. Who is responsible for this? POST MASTER?

  UPDATE 5/7/2026: Absolutely over this place. I've come multiple times a week every week without a problem. My packages are always labeled. Today, I walked in at 5:32 and there were multiple people in line at the kiosk and no one at the counter, so I simply asked if they could give my a receipt. The old woman that works there simply pointed and said "KIOSK!" and when I simply said it says you guys open till 6:00 PM, she said they ALWAYS close the desk at 5:30 PM. I've never had an issue, and all of a sudden this woman is pointing and barking orders at me like I'm an animal? Give me a break. Vile treatment of customers, vile demeanor, and vile attitude. If the posted hours say until 6:00 PM, then you don't get to conveniently close and sit around from 5:30 to 6:00, you are **open** until 6:00. The attitude and general treatment of others by this woman is horrendous and NO ONE in this community deserves her wrath. Opens late, closes early, and for hours in the middle of the day. It is always randomly on the whim of staff, who are often incredibly rude about their closures and without and care for customers.
