The instructions on the label said USPS would provide packaging for items after scanning. The lady at the front was irritated and said that that’s not how they do it and I tried explaining that I’ve returned to this company before and have had no problem at different locations. This is the closet location to me so sometimes I have to go here but it’s always an issue and only one person is working with long lines. I don't know here name but everytime I'm here it's the same lady and she always has a problem.
