- GFGerardo FloresMay 11, 20261.0It’s is so discouraging to know that walking in this office, you will find certain employees actually looking for a reason for you to leave instead of helping you. The attitude problem with the older woman who met me at a he counter is absolutely ridiculous and quite sad. I’ve never met such a miserable person. She put up as many hurdles as possible for me to just leave and her not have to do much. She was successful. I wasted my time there and left without having accomplished anything due to her poor attitude and reluctance to do anything that involved a heart beat. I hope a normal person with authority in that office sees this and takes some action.
