I think the men and women who work here love their job and gives the best customer service when they can even if the situations are out of their control

- MFMichael FergusonAug 18, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst USPS facilities in the city. My primary problem is not receiving mail in a month. Spotty delivery at best for the past 6 months. Saying that you delivered the mail is not enough considering its not in the post office, its not in my locked mailbox, and its not in my home; spam and junk doesn't count. ANY other location is likely be a federal offense. Non-delivered, misdelivered or possibly theft.. disgustingly unacceptable as is are the attitudes of nearly every employee there. Even AI can tell that USPS 60628 is trash (see photo of Google AI response) ANYONE that has had a problem with this station or any other post office location and not getting mail I recommend you contact Congresswoman Robin Kelly. File a formal complaint. Use your best professional yet incidiary vocabulary. Let them know that its an absolute travesty to have this kind of subpar service. So much is at stake from something so simple as just getting your mail. If there was rating of "Close & Restaff" that'd be perfect.
