- JBJada BoykinAug 2, 20261.0This is the most terrible office in the city, the clerk ALWAYS have an attitude one day I was in there they said the clerk said she couldn't help cause her partner called off and she wasnt working by herself and that she was going home Yesterday im looking at the white postman with thr ponytail through our packages over the gate I heard my jar hit the ground he didn't know I was watching I told him I saw him he ignored me pulled off no apologies at all, they all just throw the mail over the gate and then it gets stolen sometimes or they say they delivered and haven't delivered and thing ,going outside to check for delivered packages that are not there is crazy, Amazon needs to stop having packages delivered because they come late. If you want good service without the attitude and poor workmanship then go on 18th and Ashland or Harlem in Oakpark they are happy workers and ready to serve the public

- JTJ TJul 15, 20261.0Horrible, horrible post office. This place needs to be closed. Nobody works there. They’re on their phones ask them a question they get mad. Jim, so I’ve kind of called a couple while I made a couple complaints online about not receiving mail at my office. Don’t ever put mail in the PO Box. Don’t deliver to my office. I’ve made multiple complaints over the years. I’ve had enough so I figured I’d let people know. Everyone there should be fired. Let go go do something else.

The greeting card rack could've used a bit of love, but otherwise this is a perfectly fine place to drop off packages :) Also, I confirmed with the clerk that they actually close at 12 on Saturdays, not 12:30!!!
