They need to close this Postal Service down. They should do better with business and tracking on information. What needs to be they always not know what’s going on or can’t tell you any information that is needed. Please close this place down.

Not much for parking. Only street parking but other than that it was fine. Lobby was small but decent AC.

I'm speaking for our business. For a while, we had steady delivery people. One retired and two were there for awhile and then disappeared. They were replaced with different people every single day. None arriving at a regular time like the old ones. Now, we have a semi "regular" carrier. When he's off or sent somewhere else, we get people who (it seems) are only allowed to bring junk mail. We have customers who send us checks, but if our guy is off, we wont' get any of them until he returns. At least twice a year, a check ends up three buildings down, and the lady there calls me and I walk down there and get it. If you can't trust your employees with important mail, then maybe you shouldn't have them on routes. We are moving out of state next year and I hope we get a post office that's not a piece of garbage like this one.

Very unpleasant service, super slow, the postwomen talked rudely to a postman when he asked her to open other computer because his was slow. A postwomen was throwing packaging and envelopes to the big big, that was further behind her. My package fell on the ground because she missed.
They press "happy face button " on the screen before customer.
Besides the grading od service is in the begging but not the end.
