    This is probably one of the worst USPS locations in the city. They mark packages as “delivered” or “picked up at the post office” when they never deliver it on time. I’m currently disabled and I’m waiting for a medical device in the mail. I live on the second floor in my apartment building and had to struggle to walk down and up 2 flights of stairs only to discover that once again, my package is not delivered. It’s very inconvenient for me and just frustrating in general because this happens almost every time I order something online. Then when you try to call for help, the employees give you attitude. Please get this office together real soon because I’m sick of it.

    The post office ia suppose to close at 5:30 and they most often close at 5pm or before most days if not everyday!!! They don’t have stamps sometimes or other mailing supplies and they’re a post office!!!! They are definitely one of the worst in the city!!!!

    Don't do their job Don't want to hand out mail when your mail hasn't been to your house and over a weeks when you have ID and everything you need they still won't I give you your mail over the counter just lazy unprofessional disrespectful. If I could get zero stars it will be zero stars

    The new computer representative is a waste of time. You have to continuously repeat yourself because it can't hear nor compute. Turn it off. A waste of money and time. This will cause customers to be aggressive coming to the post office. Stop with the computer representative,ai. Let it go
