- EAEm AlatorreSep 21, 20261.0I normally wouldn't review something like a post office, but this place is genuinely one of the worst, most incompetent, unhelpful government offices I've ever gone to. I've been having problems with my mail for weeks, and every time I attempt to resolve it with the employees here, I get the wrong information, no one knows where my packages actually are, any time you ask them for anything they act like you're the one inconveniencing them, and god forbid you get there any time near 5, because they will get you out of the building as fast as humanly possible so they can go home, regardless of whether or not they've actually helped you. I have now had multiple packages get sent back to their original senders, even though they are listed as in the building, because the people at this office would not look for them. I try to be patient, especially with government workers who are doing a very difficult job, and there are good people who work at this office, but they are dwarfed by incompetent and uncaring staff who do not deserve to be in a position of responsibility in this neighbourhood
