Then Around 7:10 Here It Is The Actual Mail Carrier With One Piece Of Mail And No Package 🥴🤦🏽♀️. This Is The Second Time This Has Happened And I’ve Gotten Nothing But The Run Ard When Someone In The Inside(A Sorter) Is Stealing Packages.
- CGClaudetta GriffithJun 26, 20262.0I have almost completely lost confidence in this post office's handling of packages. Carriers are apparently able to scan packages as "delivered" or "picked up" even when customers never actually receive them. That creates a serious lack of accountability and leaves customers with little recourse when packages disappear. Most recently I received a delivery notification from Glo Melanin on 6/24, but my order never arrived. I tracked it, and it says it was picked up at the post office on 6/24/26 @ 6:17 pm, which is odd because the post office is closed at that time. Not only that, I've been recovering from surgery on 6/23/26, so that's not possible. In another particularly disturbing incident, a carrier took a delivery photo to make it appear that a package had been delivered, then was captured on surveillance returning the package to the truck instead of leaving it at the address. The theft was reported, and despite the clear evidence, nothing meaningful came from it. That sends the message that customer complaints and even documented misconduct are not taken seriously. People trust the Postal Service with important and often irreplaceable items. When packages can be falsely marked as delivered and reports of theft fail to result in accountability, that trust is broken. I hope management takes stronger action to improve oversight, investigate complaints thoroughly, hold criminals accountable, and restore confidence in their service.
