- TTThe TravelerAug 2, 20261.0I arrived at 6:40 PM, while this USPS location was still supposed to be open. The employee locked the doors and told several waiting customers that she had missed her lunch earlier, so she decided to take it right before closing. She clearly did not care that people had important mail to send or that we arrived during posted business hours. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful service.
- JJJastakJul 31, 20261.0Got here at this location at 6:15, 45 minutes before they close at 7. Waited half an hour with a lot of other people expecting her to come back and service us before closing. Finally people spotted her and started knocking so she came out to tell us what we already read on the paper, and to add that when she posted it she already knew she wasn't coming back out to service people. So had ME waiting for half an hour for nothing. Thanks.
- SBSheena BrownJul 14, 20261.0The worst experience ever I tried to come get my mail that I haven’t been receiving and I came up there July 13,2026 and the lady at the front desk told me the mail lady has all ready left and will be getting my mail that came late if not come back the next day so I came back July 14,2026 which is today horrible customer service and they told me whatever the mail they give out to the mail lady is the mail and that I’m so called not missing mail I tried to speak to someone or a number I didn’t received anything

Vickie always apologizes for the wait and takes her time to understand and assist each person at the counter. She is professional, ethical, and patient—qualities the post office needs more of. Vickie is an exceptional worker!
