- ABAllison BlockSep 9, 20261.0Normally I've had just regular experiences here. It's a post office. Nothing special. Works as promised. Now that I've finally had my situation resolved, I want someone higher up to know what happened. I'm pretty sure an employee stole my package at worst, or lost it due to incompetence at best. I got a new phone and had to return my old one. Scanned in, receipt given. Easy. Then nothing. Tracking only ever showed that it was scanned in. After being told by the phone company they had not received the phone, I went back to see what could be done. Woman at the front assured me they had no record of the package despite me showing her the online tracking info and receipt. She said the tracking number was not in the system. She entered the number about 4 times. She told me again she couldn't do anything to help and that they never got it. I dropped it off at this location. Fast forward several long sessions on the phone and in person at the phone store, the employees there said this was not the first time a phone has gone missing from this post office. I had to file a police report to get insurance to cover it. All in all, I spent about a combined 8 hours either on the phone, at the post office, at the phone store, and at the police station. It was incredibly frustrating. I do understand that things sometimes get lost and mistakes happen, but when the phone company said this has happened multiple times before with this location, it's highly suspect.
