- NAN AAug 1, 20261.0Rude, unhelpful employees. You could say that about every post office in America, though.
- NLNancy LeeJul 31, 20261.0Rude staff. We made an appointment for a baby passport and photo. The woman said that their photo machine just broke and we had to go to Walgreens. Walgreens told us it’s been broken for months. She told us we needed to be back in 30 minutes with a photo or she wouldn’t help us and made the whole experience very stressful The nice lady who used to do passports here moved to the Irving Park location.

- JJJamesJul 14, 20262.0Staff there was professional and tried to help, which is why I’m giving 2 stars, but the passport agent did not show up to work and we were unable to complete our passport application appointment that we had scheduled in advance for our infant. There were 3 other applicants whose appointments were affected as well. Would not recommend for passport services.
