Questions are met with rude responses, eye rolls, and an attitude that suggests helping customers is a burden. God forbid someone has to get up from their chair or answer a simple question without making you feel like you’re bothering them Customer service is part of the job. Do better

I asked the three employees to bring it over because the first cart was already completely full. No one helped. One employee eventually came over, saw that it was full, walked right past the empty cart, and left. Some of my packages ended up falling on the floor, and she didn’t even pick them up. Very poor customer service.

They are always well-stocked with supplies, and the customer service representatives are always professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend this post office.
