The staff at this post office location are so unprofessional and rude. They take an unnecessarily long time to assist the next customer, and honestly, it feels intentional. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for the people waiting in line. The whole experience is extremely frustrating, and their attitudes make it even worse. They are rude, dismissive, and act like assisting customers is an inconvenience. There is absolutely no reason customers should be treated with that kind of disrespect. At this point, I honestly wouldn’t even be mad if this location closed down.

*NOT ADA COMPLIANT* Upon entering with my service animal at approx. 1712 CST, the service worker operating the desk closest to the door told me directly that pets were not allowed in their business. I stated my animal was a service animal. After completing my business, I asked the service worker at the other station if this was going to happen to me everytime I did business there. She immediately was aggressive and dismissive. She told me that I could walk myself down the road to another location after I asked politely to speak with a manager or training manager. Education about federal law regarding service animals needs to be done for the two female employees working today. I will be escalating this matter.

I think I encountered the same employee mentioned in other reviews. There was an open roll of tape on the counter where customers fill out shipping labels, and it was the only tape in that area. I was told I could not use it because another customer left it there, and that whoever used it would have to pay for it. The employee added, “That’s why I left it there.” This felt like a trap.
Separately, after the employee said, “Have a good one.” I replied, “have a good one,” but she apparently did not hear me. She then said, “Excuse me?” in a tone that felt rude and confrontational, as though she was dissatisfied with my response.
